The lamps are definitely 100% quality. Numerous friends of mine have commented on how much they like them. The customer service was excellent, with the lamps arriving right on time and in excellent condition. Additionally, I had searched the internet for days looking for the type of lamp that I wanted. After viewing a commercial on TV, I tried them and was shocked to find two that fit my needs to a "T". I will always use Lighting Universe for any future purchases.
